The RefectoCil Cream Hair Dyes must be mixed with the RefectoCil oxidant cream or liquid and applied without delay to the Lashes & Brows.

Red No. 4.1: Red is an intense shade, that perfectly matches eyelashes and eyebrows to a wide variety of red hair colours and enhances daring red looks in a captivating way!

1. Preparation: Remove contact lenses. Clean the eye-area with the oil free, lash strengthening RefectoCil Micellar Eye Make-up Remover. Use RefectoCil Saline Solution to remove residues and achieve optimum results. Use RefectoCil Silicone Pads according to instructions for a lash tinting.
2. Mix & Apply: Mix 3/4" of cream hair dye with 10 drops of Oxidant liquid or 15-20 drops of Oxidant Cream into a creamy paste. Apply to brows and/or lashes.
3. Application time: Lashes: 10 minutes. Brows: 5-10 minutes. The longer the application time is, the more intense the result.
4. Ready! Remove by using cotton wool pads and water.

Allergy test: RefectoCil recommends an allergy test (patch test) before the first application as well as after long periods without tinting.
