Blonde Icing Cream Developer contains conditioning palm oil derivative which combines with the white beeswax in the lightener to form Cire-Gloss for luminous shine on lightened hair.

1. Blonde Icing has a variable mixing ratio from 1:1 to 1:3. A 1:1 ratio is ideal for freehand techniques while a 1:3 ratio is ideal for on-scalp techniques.
2. Mix 1 scoop (20 grams) of Blonde Icing Conditioning Cream Lightener with 1-3 scoops of Blonde Icing Conditioning Cream Developer.
3. Process at room temperature until desired lightness is achieved for up to a maximum of 50 minutes for on-scalp applications and up to a maximum of 15 minutes for off-scalp applications. DO NOT USE HEAT.
4. When processing is complete, SHAMPOO and CONDITION with EXTREME.
