Easy to apply and maintain, these must-have shades are sure to keep your clients turning heads.
Mixing and Application:
- Mixing: No developer is required. Colorways can be used as a stand-alone, or mixed and matched for customized, creative results.
- Dilution solution: Use Clear Diluter mixed 1:1 or 1:2, depending on how much dilution is desired.
- 1:1 softens tonal intensity.
- 1:2 begins to introduce lighter tones, but not quite pastel.
- Note: Diluter is clear, not white. When it is mixed with Colorways, it dilutes the intensity without altering the tone like a white diluter would.
- Processing: 30 minutes.
Tips:
- For additional creative options, Pastels can be intermixed with a small amount of a standard Colorways shade to intensify. For example, adding a ribbon of Purple into Lace will create a more intense mid-tone variation.
- Pastel shades can be intermixed with Clear Diluter. However, this dilution will likely result in a very semi-permanent type of result.
- 1:1 dilution will soften tonal intensity.
- 1:2 dilution will introduce lighter tones that will appear very pale.
- Colorways Pastels gradually become less intense with each shampoo and fade on tone.
- The shampoo test of Pastels (which will appear in the chart) was conducted to replicate a 5x fade test.
- Like all Colorways shades, the Pastels are formulated with a shampoo base and built-in conditioners, and should be removed with rinsing alone.
- Sugar is a soft, sweet pink.
- All shades are ideal on level 10 pre-lightened hair.
- Pastel shades are intermixable with Colorways shades.
- Lasts for 5 to 10 shampoos.
