Shining Armor Long Wear Topcoat
Lacquer Application:
- Clean & Prep your nails.
- Start with one coat of ORLY Bonder Basecoat.
- Apply two coats of ORLY nail lacquer or topper.
- Wait 2 minutes for lacquer to dry.
- Apply one coat of Shining Armor.
- Reapply Shining Armor every 2 to 3 days if desired.
