Wella Color Touch Emulsion 1.9% is to be used with Color Touch color.
  1. Apply Color Touch to pre-shampooed, towel-dried hair using either a brush and bowl or an applicator bottle.
  2. Recommended development time - 20 minutes.
  3. Emulsify and rinse until the water runs clear.
  4. Follow with Performance Plus Antioxidation Conditioning Rinse.
