  1. Mixing Ratio: 1:1 Tonal Control + 10 Volume (3%) Matrix Cream Developer.
  2. Application: Clean dry or damp hair.
  3. Processing Time: 20 minutes at room temperature.
  4. Rinsing + Removal: Rinse thoroughly, cleanse, and condition with Matrix Color Obsessed haircare.
