OPI�s Muse of Milan Collection introduces twelve new permanent shades matched in GelColor, Infinite Shine, and Nail Lacquer, plus six matching permanent shades in Powder Perfection.

Step 1: Properly prep nails according to OPI Powder Perfection Nail Prep step by step. Before the service begins, pour a small amount of color powder of choice and Clear Color Set powder into small, plastic cups.
Step 2: Apply 1 coat of Base Coat to a single nail making sure to cover the entire surface of the nail.
Step 3: Immediately dip the same nail at a 45 degree angle into color powder of choice. Tap off excess powder. Repeat on the other four nails of the same hand. Complete one hand at a time in order to prevent the base coat from drying too quickly.
Step 4: Once completed with the entire hand, use a sanitize cosmetic brush to wipe off excess and loose powder.
Step 5: Apply a second coat of Base Coat and color powder according to steps 2-4.
Step 6: Apply a third coat of Base Coat and immediately dip in a 45 degree angle into Clear Color Set powder. Tap off excess powder. Repeat on the other four nails of the same hand. Complete one hand at a time in order to prevent the base coat from drying too quickly.
Step 7: Apply one generous coat of Activator to all five nails, making sure to cover the entire surface of the nail. Cap the free edge to fully seal the powder. Allow 1-2 minutes to completely harden.
Step 8: Shape and contour the nails with aEDGE 180 Grit File. When contouring, focus around the cuticle area and sidewalls to prevent a bulky looking enhancement. Buff the nail surface with a100 grit side of the100/180 Buffer and continue to smooth with the 220 grit side ofthe220 Grit Buffer. Remove excess filing dust.
Step 9: Apply a second coat of Activator making sure to cover the entire surface of the nail. Wait1-2 minutesto dry. Not waiting for the activator to fully dry will cause your Top Coat brush to harden.
Step 10: Evenly apply one coat of Top Coat using 2-3 quick brush strokes. Wait1-2 minutes to dry
Step 11: Using 2-3 brush strokes, apply a second coat of Top Coat, this time with precision. Wait 1-2 minutes to dry.
Step 12: Once dry, apply a drop of cuticle ProSpa Cuticle Oil and massage into cuticles.
